Improve your health and Obsessive-compulsive disorder wellbeing with a focus on stretching, posture and breathing. Helpful for reducing anxiety and stress. Beginners to Intermediate. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.

Daytime sessions only: Casual $10 per class

Monday 29 April-24 June, 10-11am – $63/$56 conc , (7 sessions, excluding 6 May and 10 June)
Thursday 2 May-27 June, 6.30-7.30pm – $81/$72 conc (9 sessions), Daytime sessions only. casual $10 per class.
